Q- I've placed my order - how will I get my presets?

A- You will receive an email within minutes with a download link to get your presets. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam / junk folder just in case it ended up there on accident!

 

 

Q- How do I know the presets will work with my software?

A- Each product page shows the compatibility of that particular preset pack. For example, if it's a Serum 2 preset pack, you'll just need Serum 2 in order to use the pack.

 

 

Q- I just got my preset - now how do I install the presets?

A- Check the download - we've included step-by-step instructions and a quick start guide PDF in the zip file for installing your presets. Need further assistance? Send us a quick email to support@preset-pros.com and we'll be happy to help!

 

 

Q- Can I use these presets on a commercial track / can I charge people for tracks where I use these presets?

A- Of course you can! We want you to make the best music and productions you've ever made, and we want you to show them off. All presets are 100% Royalty Free.

  

 

Q- Can I sell these presets as my own?

A- No.

 

Q - Who do I contact if there's something wrong with my order?
